About Halifax Art Map

Published annually since 2002, the Halifax Art Map is a unique guide and regional celebration of creative endeavor in the Halifax Regional Municipality 

(HRM), Nova Scotia. Use it to seek out the many fine artists' studios and galleries in HRM; they are yours to discover! Pick a neighbourhood, take a walk, bike

ride or a drive –explore artistic Halifax..

An exhibition of new works accompanies the map launch each May when 23,000 maps are printed featuring 70 artists and 40 arts-related advertisers. The maps

are widely distributed in HRM and throughout the province.
