The Resource Opportunities Centre (ROC) is a not for profit, community development association serving Route 333 from the communities of Goodwood to West Dover.
In addition to other projects throughout the local communities, the ROC is the operator of the Prospect Road Community Centre (PRCC) - a state of the art facility that opened it's doors in 2010. The building is operated via lease agreement with the City of Halifax. The ROC offers meeting & venue space rentals as well as recreational programming, preschool & childcare, fitness centre, community gardens, community meals & events, healthy meal options for purchase, seniors programming, businesses services and much more all based out of the PRCC.
