A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man in connection with two homicides last month in Nova Scotia's Colchester County.

RCMP appealed to the public Wednesday for information on the whereabouts of Ronald Albert Canuel.

A news release described Canuel as five feet nine inches and 150 pounds with very short blond hair and blue eyes. He has multiple tattoos on his face and neck.
