A Cape Breton woman is calling on businesses to offer reliable services and supports for people with disabilities after multiple disappointing visits to Cineplex Cinemas in Sydney.

Kim Bates, who is partially sighted, said the Cineplex on Prince Street has not had its described video services available for the three years she's been going to that location.

Described video services typically include a headset that plays movie dialogue in one ear and describes the on-screen action in the other.
