Crews are currently battling a fire at a two-storey building in downtown Kentville, N.S.

Fire Chief Scott Hamilton said the fire is in a commercial building, and surrounding buildings have been evacuated.

Hamilton said no injuries have been reported.

Black smoke could be seen billowing in the area of Main Street just before noon on Tuesday.
