Despite being born in Massachusetts, Cape Breton Eagles draft pick Owen Frick always dreamed of playing in the Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League.

“All the history that's in it, seeing all the NHL players that have played in it,” Frick said. “[It’s] one of the harder leagues. And it's just an absolute grind up there and I love it.”
