Price of regular gasoline dropped 6.2 cents to 143.1 per litre in the Halifax area
CBC NewsNova Scotians are getting even more relief at the pumps this week.
On Monday, the Nova Scotia Energy Board invoked the interrupter clause, making the changes due to "significant shifts" in the market price of gasoline and diesel oil.
At midnight Tuesday, the price of regular gasoline dropped 6.2 cents to 143.1 per litre in the Halifax area. The price of diesel, meanwhile, dropped 11.6 cents to 148.6 per litre.
The price at the pump varies slightly depending on where you are in the province.
