Closure applies to vehicles, pedestrians and bicycles
CBC NewsAnjuli PatilThe Angus L. Macdonald Bridge will be closed this weekend to accommodate work being done as part of a two-year, $70-million project to extend the life of the span.
The closure — which applies to vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians — begins Friday at 7 p.m. and ends Monday at 5:30 a.m.
The bridge's sidewalk and bike lane will not be accessible during this period, but Halifax Harbour Bridges said bus tickets will be available to "inconvenienced bridge crossers" at its operations centre in the admini…
