CBC NewsAly ThomsonThe provincial government is accusing a former senior Crown attorney of wasting taxpayer money in response to a lawsuit she filed against the province and the Public Prosecution Service alleging workplace bullying and an unjust demotion.
Kathryn Pentz, who has practiced law for more than 40 years and worked as a Crown attorney since 1993, filed the statement of claim in Nova Scotia Supreme Court in April.
