The town of Pictou, N.S., is readying to open all streets for ATV use for a one-year trial, but some community members feel it’s taking the community down the wrong path. 

On Monday, Pictou Town Council voted unanimously to approve the one-year pilot to help town residents who use ATVs access trails and gas stations without having to haul their off-highway vehicles in trailers.
