Nova Scotia RCMP say they are investigating the suspicious death of a woman in Bible Hill, N.S., as a homicide.

On Jan. 3 around 9:30 a.m., police were called to a home on Bomber Drive for a wellness check and found the body of a 42-year-old woman and an unconscious man who was taken to hospital, the RCMP said in a news release.

Police said there is no evidence at this time to suggest a risk to the public.
