RCMP responded to report of accident on Aylesford Lake late Wednesday afternoon
CBC NewsOne person is missing after an accident on a lake in Nova Scotia's Annapolis Valley.
RCMP responded at about 4:45 p.m. Wednesday to a report of an accident on Aylesford Lake south of Berwick, N.S.
According to a statement from the Joint Rescue Coordination Centre (JRCC) in Halifax, RCMP requested their assistance in searching for a missing person.
The JRCC initially tasked a military helicopter for the search and then a drone was used due to the size of the search area.
