Halifax school is offering voluntary retirements first, but 'hard choices' could follow

The University of King's College says "hard choices" may be necessary as it aims to reduce its workforce due to budgetary concerns.

The Halifax university is implementing a "workplace adjustment program" in an effort to reduce its employee numbers by 14.
