CBC NewsRichard WoodburyIf you see a pothole on a Halifax street and your first inclination is to spray-paint it in the hopes it gets fixed sooner, think again.
"It can cause some confusion if crews are out assessing potholes if they see one that's already been painted, they may well assume it's already been logged for repair and that may actually lead to it taking longer for a repair to happen," said Jake Fulton, a Halifax Regional Municipality spokesperson.
